Dashboards

Your home dashboard is your personalized, interactive command station. You can add widgets, change the layout, edit your profile, check notifications, or create new dashboards that focus on one key area of your life. Dashboards allow you to manage all your daily affairs at peak efficiency.

Dashboard may be shared with other people to keep on top of group projects, meetings, or other events.

You can create a new dashboard by clicking on the dropdown menu from the Header menu and choosing “Add dashboard”.

You can create as many dashboards as you want.

You are presented with predefined dashboard categories that you can use for newly created dashboards. This means you can’t create your own dashboard categories.

New categories would have to be coded into the platform to integrate with the recommendation system. As we continue to grow with our users, new categories will be added based on popular requests.

Your default dashboards are already in predefined categories and new dashboards can be added into these categories.

All users are free to share their dashboards (other than the Home dashboard) as well as any widgets and modgets that they may own. The home dashboard cannot be shared. When you share a dashboard with someone, you are sharing all the widgets that you own from that dashboard, not those shared with you. There is a full editable mode and a read only sharing mode, which means you can choose whether you want to allow your dashboards and widgets to be edited, or not.

You can share your dashboards by clicking on the share icon in the dashboard header and typing-in an email address or choosing it from a suggested list of your contacts.

Widgets can provide breaking news, display family photos, create lists, store files, give updates on the stock market, play videos, provide weather forecasts, play music, keep track of your household budget, tell you the latest gas prices, and a whole lot more. Just add the widget you need to your dashboard.

Widgets can also be sorted, moved, archived, deleted, pinned, favorited, edited, and shared. You can search for your favorite widget or simply create your own!
